Rippin for a Cure is a heart disease awareness non-profit founded by ARCA driver Laci Ferno after her father survived a widow-maker cardiac arrest at 44. Heart disease kills 681,000 Americans annually, but the racing community wasn’t talking about it.
Laci needed a professional website to build the organization from the ground up. No site meant no credibility, no ambassador recruitment, and no way to educate people about screenings that save lives. With 30,000+ social followers and a growing ambassador program, the mission required a digital home that could turn awareness into action and position Rippin for a Cure as a legitimate force in motorsports advocacy.
We built a mission-driven non-profit website that tells the story, recruits ambassadors, and pushes people toward life-saving checkups. The site features Laci’s story, heart disease statistics, ambassador profiles, and a clear application process to join the movement.
The design prioritizes mobile performance and readability, with straightforward calls-to-action that convert visitors into ambassadors or newsletter subscribers. By establishing a credible online presence, Rippin for a Cure can scale its impact beyond Laci’s social reach and build a lasting organization that uses racing to save lives.
